Tracking & Tracing serviceThe Dimotrans Group provides a traceability service for consignments and return loads.
This service makes it possible to access directly, instantaneously and at any time information relating to the transportation of merchandise you have entrusted to the Dimotrans Group.
This information allows you to :
- monitor the status of the consignments (in progress, delivered on time, delivered with reservations) by indicating
the date of each of these phases.
- view the confirmation of delivery: signed delivery note or POD (Proof Of Delivery).
Straightforward and secure operation|
The Dimotrans Group Tracking & Tracing service operates via : 1. An EDI status exchange medium, with the principal modes of transport used. This utility is used to manage the feedback of information (merchandise delivered, reservations, in transit, etc.). 2. A telephone interface software program which enables our carriers to indicate, directly from their telephones, the status of the consignments. 3. An Electronic Document Management (E.D.M.) software program, which is used to scan, reference and associate the documents with any transport dossier identified in the electronic database operated by the Dimotrans Group. 4. A Customers' area with the Extranet site www.dimotrans.com, where it is possible to access all this information in a secure manner, using a login. |

Simply submit a request to open a Tracking & Tracing account with your agency, stating : - the name of the company, - the name of a contact person, - the chosen language: French / English / Spanish / Italian Your personal login will be sent to you. It will enable you to access the Dimotrans Group Tracking & Tracing service in complete confidentiality and security. |
